What is FCSD.TV LIVE?

FCSD.tv Live is the new offer from FC Shakhtar Donetsk to show the club’s live games. The platform will broadcast in live and on-demand the home Ukrainian league games of FC Shakhtar Donetsk as well as all friendly games of the club. Some other videos and exclusive content will be made available for its fans around the world. The offer is available for fans located outside of Ukraine.

With FCSD.tv you will be able to watch:

  • • LIVE of all home games of FC Shakhtar in the Ukrainian league as well as all friendly live games throughout the year.
  • • On-demand of allhome games of FC Shakhtar in the Ukrainian league as well as all friendly games on demand.
  • • Videos of exclusive content and of club related content (Interviews, highlights, press conferences, and others)

You can watch live games from any kind of device (PC, laptop, tablet, mobile), brought to you by any platform (Android, Apple).

Subscription packages

There are 2 passes available, both under an initial free trial period of 7 days:

  1. Monthly only for €9.95 (in EU): this pass includes all LIVE games for the chosen period, in accordance with the calendar of the platform. On-demand games are also available as well as videos and exclusive content. The pass renews automatically at the end of every month.
  2. Annual only for €49.95 (in EU): this pass includes all LIVE games for the chosen period, in accordance with the calendar of the platform. On-demand games are also available as well as videos and exclusive content. The pass renews automatically at the end of every year.

What can I get with a FCSD.TV LIVE subscription?

  • • LIVE of all home games of FC Shakhtar in the Ukrainian league as well as all friendly live games throughout the year.
  • • On-demand of allhome games of FC Shakhtar in the Ukrainian league as well as all friendly games on demand.

In which language are commentaries available?

The games are available with ambient sound at present. Some commentaries will be added later this season. You can put in mute the commentary by using the volume button of the video player.

Do you have an issue with your account or wish to edit your personal details?

I have a FCSD.TV LIVE account, but I forgot my password. How can I get it?

If you do not remember your password, click on Forgot Password in the Login page, just below the access button. Please enter your email address. You will receive an email to reset your old password and instructions to generate a new one.

Always remember to check that emails do not end up in the Spam / Junk Mail and to have enough space in the mailbox.

I cannot log in. What should I do?

Click on LOGIN in top right menu and insert your access information.

If the error “We could not find your email address” shows up, it means that you are probably registered with another email. Try to insert another email or get a new registration.

If the email or password are invalid or your account is blocked, please click on Forgot Password and enter your email address. You will receive an email with the instructions to generate a new password.

Always remember to check that emails do not end up in the Spam / Junk Mail and to have enough space in the mailbox.

My account is blocked. What should I do?

The account is blocked when you tried to insert a wrong password too many times. Please click on Forgot Password and enter your email address. You will receive an email with instructions to generate a new password.

I am registered with an invalid/unused email. Can I change it?

Yes! If you are registered with an invalid or unused email, you can LOGIN with this registration email, go to MY ACCOUNT and click on “Update My Profile” button. Then insert a new email.

I cannot find MY ACCOUNT, how can I check my subscription information?

MY ACCOUNT is located in the top right menu of the homepage. If you cannot find it, there should be a symbol with three lines. Click on that symbol and a drop down menu containing MY ACCOUNT will show up. As alternative, open the browser screen to the full monitor size.

How can I create my account?

Click on Register in the top right of the homepage.

Have you got an issue regarding the live streaming of games? Or any technical issue?

I do not find the section Live Video. What should I do?

Once you logged in, live section will appear on the upper section of the homepage. There will be a countdown before every live matches start. You can access to live games clicking on LIVE and choosing the club or clicking on CALENDAR. Please remember to install the latest version of Flash. You can consult the calendar to be always updated on matches’ time schedule.

I can hear the audio, but I cannot see images. What should I do?

If you are using a Mac or Windows, we recommend you to update Flash to its latest version. If the problem persists, right-click the video window (or CTRL key if your mouse has only one button) and go to Flash settings. Click Display Tab and deactivate the Enable Hardware Acceleration. So please refresh the page (F5) or restart browser.

I have problems of fluidity of the images. The picture freezes or is jerky. What should I do?

The required connection speed for HD quality is 4 Mbps.

If you have problems viewing the images because of the speed connection, click on the setting button and change the video quality, try to view it at a lower speed.

Check that no firewall or router security are blocking the video or that other programs are not using bandwidth during the live competition.

Check that there are no third parties that may interfere or weaken your connection on your line.

We always recommend closing all applications on your device while watching the live game or changing the browser you are using, updating Chrome at the last version.

Can I watch the FCSD.TV LIVE videos on iPad, iPhone and Android?

Yes. The Live Video is compatible with iPad, iPhone and Android. Watching videos depends on connection quality, the device and the system used. If you are having trouble viewing some videos with iPad, iPhone or other mobile devices, we recommend you to use a computer / laptop.

For Android devices, we instead recommend using Dolphin or Chrome browsers.

Can I change type of subscription once purchased?

You can change the type of subscription from monthly to weekly or vice versa directly from the menu MY ACCOUNT, in the ACTIVE SUBSCRIPTIONS section. For example, if you purchase a monthly subscription on 2nd February and you choose to buy a monthly subscription on 15th February, the cost of the new monthly subscription will be charged on the expiration date of the monthly pass, in this case on 2nd March.

Which currency is applied to the subscription’s payment?

Subscriptions prices are in euro or pounds. In case of a different currency, your bank exchange rate will be applied. For more information on the exchange rate, please refer to your bank.

How do I subscribe to FCSD.TV LIVE? What are prices and terms of purchase?

Click on Register in the homepage and you can find the description of all the packages offered by FCSD.TV LIVE. After the payment process, you will receive a confirmation email with the type of pass purchased.

I cancelled my subscription, but I want to buy a new pass. How can I do? Can I use my old login?

Yes, if you are already registered to FCSD.TV LIVE, but you cancelled your automatic renewal and so you do not have any active subscription, log in with your credentials by clicking on LOGIN. Enter MY ACCOUNT and you will find the “”Join Now”” button in the ACTIVE SUBSCRIPTIONS section. Continue to purchase a new subscription. You do not need to register a second time.

When does my pass expire?

The monthly subscription renews automatically after 1 month from the purchased date. The weekly subscription renews each week. You can check the details of your subscription in MY ACCOUNT. To cancel the renewal, you can unsubscribe from MY ACCOUNT menu.

What are the refund policies of FCSD.TV LIVE?

Single cases of refund are at the absolute discretion of StreamAMG. FCSD.TV LIVE subscriptions are non-refundable. StreamAMG is not bound to any form of reimbursement or compensation after the purchase. In case of a claim, StreamAMG will evaluated it. If you want to ask for a refund, please fill the form at this link. The refund can be issued only to the person who has subscribed and using the same payment method she used to register. Users that do not cancel their subscription before the renewal date will not receive any refund.

What does automatic renewal mean?

When you subscribe to FCSD.TV LIVE, you accept the terms and conditions of sale. All subscriptions renew automatically. If you purchase a monthly subscription on 22nd May, it will automatically renew every 7 days from that date). The monthly pass renews automatically every month from the registration date (for example, if you bought a monthly pass on 1st July 2016 (or your pass was renewed according to previous agreements), it renews the 1st August 2016 and every 1st every month.

Any change of the subscription price will be notified via email. The user must register with a valid email and every communications will be considered received once it is sent to the registration email address.

You can cancel your subscription at any time by MY ACCOUNT menu.

NOTA BENE: If you do not cancel your subscription before the expiring date, your subscription will automatically renew and the cost of the renewal will be charged on your credit card inserted during the registration process.

What are the rules for automatic renewal in FCSD.TV LIVE?

Both types of subscription offered, Monthly & Annual Pass (and all other packages that will be created and flagged as automatically renewable), renew automatically. You can cancel the clause of automatic renewal by accessing your profile at any time.

You can cancel at any time your subscription and the automatic renewal entering MY ACCOUNT and clicking the CANCEL button in the ACTIVE SUBSCRIPTIONS section. In this way, you will be able to watch the games until the end of the period you paid. Please note that the user must cancel his pass from his profile in the website. This is the ONLY valid way to cancel subscription package. StreamAMG cannot manage user’s account of duration of the pass. They can intervene just in case of technical problems or discrepancies.

I am no longer interested in my subscription. How do I unsubscribe?

You can cancel at any time your subscription and the automatic renewal entering MY ACCOUNT and clicking on the CANCEL button in the ACTIVE SUBSCRIPTIONS section. In this way, you will be able to watch the games until the end of the period you paid.”

What are the minimum system requirements?

The minimum system requirements are:

  • Intel Core i5 or AMD equivalent (*) with 2GB memory
  • Operating system and browser supported by Adobe: http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about
  • Adobe Flash player version 11.2
  • An Internet connection of 4 Mbps or higher
  • 1024 × 768 resolution or higher

The recommended system requirements are:

  • Latest version of Windows, Mac and GNU / Linux
  • Latest version of Firefox, Google Chrome and Internet Explorer
  • Latest version of Adobe Flash player
  • 1280 × 720 resolution or higher

(*) This requirement may be different depending on the system configuration.

In which size are videos available?

Both videos, Live and On Demand, are available in a format that automatically is adapted to the bit rate available.

The bitrate formats are:

  • 720p -> 1280x720px at 2.5 Mbps;
  • 540p -> 960x540px at 1.3 Mbps;

• 360p -> 640x360px at 850 Kbps.

Can I access to my account from multiple devices at the same time?

You can use your IP number (Internet) from different devices, using the credentials and IP code for access. Your access is limited to one device at a time, as stated in the FCSD.TV LIVE Terms and Conditions.

The account is personal and cannot be shared.

Can I use multiple devices?

FCSD.TV LIVE subscribers can enjoy the view of the matches using up to three different devices (PC, Tablet, Mobile). Insert your credentials and you can start watching a game from a device and then switch to another one, but never simultaneously.
